General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR

Procedi srl believes that privacy is a value to be protected and that's why it has updated the privacy policy making it clear and transparent in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) which came into force on 25/05/2018.

This page describes the way the site referred to manages the processing of the personal data of users who consult the site. This policy may be updated without prior notice; you are advised to check it periodically. 

This information is also given in compliance with Section 13 of Italian Legislative Decree n° 196/2003 - Personal Data Protection Code to all those who interact with the Procedi srl website and web services, accessible telematically at the following address: www.procedidesign.it, corresponding to the home page of the company's official website. 

This information is valid only for the Procedi srl website and not for other sites that may be consulted by the user via hypertext links. 

Purposes of processing

Personal data may be processed after consulting this website. 

The data will be communicated only to third parties necessarily involved in carrying out the requests you made.

Processing methods and types of data

The data will be processed by specifically authorised individuals with the use of computer systems with logics strictly related to the stated purposes and in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the actual data.  Special security measures are used in order to prevent the loss and illicit or incorrect use of data and non-authorised access.

Navigation data

During normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures that control the functioning of the website acquire data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. 

 This is anonymous information, collected to allow the normal functioning of the website and not in order to be associated to specifically identified interested subjects, but which could permit user identification as a result of processing and by associating it to data held by third parties. The data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: apart from in this case, data on web contacts currently persist for not more than seven days. 

No navigation data are disseminated. 

Navigation data can thus be communicated only for purposes strictly linked to the provision of the web service and for the correct visualisation of the website pages. 

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated on this website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender, necessary to respond to requests, and of any other personal data included in the message. The e-mail address thus acquired will be stored only for the time needed to deal with the request received and will subsequently be deleted. 

The personal data supplied by users on the forms on the website are used exclusively for the purposes of responding to the request and are never communicated to third parties or disseminated. The failure to provide these data could make it impossible to provide the service requested. 

Nature of data provision

The provision of any data, apart from the automatic data mentioned above, is entirely optional and related to requests for certain services or information. The failure to provide data could make it impossible to provide what is requested. 

Rights of interested parties

You can exercise your rights in accordance with Sections 7 (as summarised below), 8, 9 and 10 of Italian Legislative Decree 30th June 2003 n° 196, making reference to the Data Controller. 

Section 7 – Right to access personal data and other rights

With regard to the processing of personal data, a data subject shall have the right to:

  • obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form;
  • be informed of the source of the personal data, the purposes and methods of the processing, the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;
  • be informed of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors;
  • be informed of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s), data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing;
  • obtain updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
  • obtain erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
  • obtain certification to the effect that the operations as per letters "e" and "f" have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected;
  • object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
  • object, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
