The customer can either actively participate in each single project development stage or delegate the entire process to PROCEDI in a turnkey service agreement.

Confidentiality
PROCEDI is aware of the value of a customer's business know-how, which, in today's information society, is one of the most precious assets a successful enterprise has.
PROCEDI protects its customers by guaranteeing the non-disclosure of the economic and technical information it receives in specific NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements), obliging it not to divulge the information received in a design process if so requested by the customer.
The information provided by the customer will be used exclusively for the purposes specified in the agreement; this non-disclosure obligation applies both to PROCEDI employees and collaborators.
